These terms govern your use of the StarAce Business platform ("the Service"), our internal platform for influencer (KOL) marketing and outreach email. The Service is operated by StarAce ("we", "us") and provided to StarAce staff and invited collaborators ("you"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Accounts are created and administered by StarAce, or issued through our company single sign-on. There is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account, and you must tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You must not share an account between people or use another person's account.
The Service may be used only for legitimate business purposes: managing creator relationships and sending commercial outreach to professional creators on behalf of StarAce. You must:
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass or deceive anyone, to send unlawful or infringing content, or to attempt to circumvent the rate limits and deliverability safeguards built into the platform.
If you connect a mailbox (for example a Google or Microsoft account) you authorise the Service to send mail on your behalf from that mailbox and to display the related conversation in order to show replies. You remain responsible for the content of the mail you send and for complying with your mailbox provider's terms. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time; the stored access tokens are then deleted.
You must not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass or breach its security or access controls, scrape it, or use it in a way that could disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Business data you and your colleagues enter (creator profiles, campaigns, contracts, invoices, email content) remains StarAce's business data. You must only upload content you are allowed to store and share. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Service takes daily encrypted backups, but you should not rely on the Service as the only copy of critical documents.
Where enabled, AI drafting assistance only helps a user write a professional outreach email from the information the user supplies. The Service does not use Google APIs or any AI system to create, request or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), nor any sexual or intimate content, and such use is prohibited.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis for internal use; we may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may suspend sending from an account in order to protect deliverability, reputation or legal compliance. Planned maintenance is scheduled where possible outside working hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarAce is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, goodwill or data arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or when a person's role no longer requires access. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at StarAce's principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or employment protections that apply to you. Questions about these terms: admin@starace-global.com.
